We are committed to delivering professional and transparent services. As part of our commitment, we offer detailed estimates for specific services and tiered inspection options to meet your needs.
Complimentary Estimate Policy
Although our inspections are valued at $199 our repair estimates are complimentary. If the issue is unknown or a general safety check is required, an inspection fee of $199 is necessary.

- Chimney Repair or Chimney Pan/Cap Replacements
Chimney Inspection Policy
We offer tiered 14-point Safety Chimney Inspections to align with real estate and industry standards:
- Level 1 Chimney Inspection (Visual only) – $199
- Level 2 Chimney Inspection (Includes a camera inspection) – $299
Policy Details:
- The $199 inspection/estimate fee applies to all services, including but not limited to chimney, gutter, and roof evaluations.
- If a customer moves forward with the recommended repairs or replacements within two weeks, the $199 fee will be credited toward the final service cost.
Warranty Information
American Chimney Gutter & Roofing takes pride in our craftsmanship and use only high-quality materials.
Our warranty policy is designed to offer reliability and customer satisfaction, giving homeowners peace of mind when it comes to their roofing, gutter, and chimney systems.
Workmanship Warranty
- New Roof Installations: We offer a 10-year warranty covering both labor and materials for all new roof installations.
- Chimney, Gutter, and Roofing Repairs: All above the roofline repairs are backed by a 5-year warranty covering both labor and materials.
Materials Warranty
- In addition to our labor warranty, all materials used in our repairs and replacements are covered by the respective manufacturer’s warranty.
- Customers should review manufacturer guidelines for specific warranty durations and coverage details.
Warranty Exclusions
- No warranty is offered on repairs to or around the firebox.
- Damage resulting from natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, or external factors beyond our control.
- Any work performed by third-party contractors or unauthorized modifications made after our service completion.
- Routine wear and tear, as well as maintenance-related issues that are not directly caused by workmanship defects.
